Need to cancel or change an order? 

Please get in touch with us ASAP if you need to change or cancel your hire. We will only accept changes or refunded cancellations 2 weeks prior to the original booking date.

Are the signs waterproof? Can I have it outside? 

The signs are not waterproof, you can have a neon outside at the discretion of the customer that if the sign sustains any damage including water damage you will be liable to pay for repair/cost of replacing the sign. 

Damaged Signs, Missing Parts & Late Returns

If you return an item damaged outside of understandable or general wear and tear, we will charge you the full price to replace the sign, which will come out of the credit card which you paid your hire with.

In the case of damages, our friendly customer service team get be in touch notifying you with a solution.

Damages we define as and are not limited to broken acrylic backing or packaging, scratches, missing parts i.e. plugs and transformers or water damage. 

If your hire is not returned by the end date of your hire period, or not shipped back to us by the end date, you will be charged a $25 late fee for each day following the 7-day hire period.
