The Hire Process

1. Choose your sign

Browse our full Neon Hire range here. Our minimum hire period is 7-days.

2. Select Your Dates

We recommend selecting your preferred rental date 3 - 4 days prior to your event date to ensure you have plenty of time for installation. Once selected, click "Add to Cart". Our rental period lasts one week so you have plenty of time for set-up and returning.

3. Proceed to Checkout

Complete our simple checkout process. To ensure your hire process goes smoothly, we require your full details. 

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay & Google Pay

4. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We offer shipping New Zealand wide as well as a pre-paid return options once your event is over. 

Pick-up is available within the Auckland area, we're conveniently located at The Radikal Neon HQ in Herne Bay.

$33 Flat Shipping Rate NZ Wide + Return Shipping Included

Once you've completed checkout and payment, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Please read this closely to ensure all details are correct.  

5. Your Hire Has Been Shipped!

Your neon will arrive on the first date you selected (3-4 days before your actual event). Once shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details inside.

6. Installation

7. When the Party's Over

To Return, simply drop off to your nearest FastWay Depot the day before your hire end date.
